Clinical Analyst
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with professionalism, integrity, respect and innovation as a member of the Information Systems team in delivering service to our customers.
Works with customers and senior analysts to define project objectives, and manages or assists in the setting of project priorities and time lines.
Coordinates selection, design, development and testing activities to assure timely project completion.
Assists customers in problem identification and resolution. Demonstrates skills in coordinating problem resolution activities.
Participates in the evaluation and selection of application software to meet customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
Minimum requirements are 5 years clinical experience, 3 years management experience, 2 years experience as end-user of hospital software.
Educational:
A Bachelors degree in nursing or pharmacy preferred. Equivalent education and/or experience may also qualify.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must possess strong analytical skills; strong project management skills; good communication skills; good organizational and planning skills; strong change management skills; must demonstrate personal traits of a high level of motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust; and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.
